As a licensed massage therapist, graduate of the Subtle Winds facilitator program, Fireside Project volunteer, and associate teacher of Fitzmaurice Voicework ®, I am pleased to offer several different types of support for anyone on a healing journey. Virtual Preparation/Integration
$70 per 50 minute session or
$100 per 80 minute session
Via phone or video (whichever feels more comfortable for you), I hold space for your pre- or post- medicine journey processing. Drawing from my personal journey work, facilitator trainings, and more than 250 hours working on Fireside Project’s support line, I am curious to meet you wherever you are in your process, and walk beside you as you discover the next steps of your healing.
Tremoring for Prep / Journey / Integration
$80 per 1 hour session or
$115 per 90 minute session
You must live in the Portland, Oregon area for this offering. I travel to your house and work with you in-person to learn tremoring techniques.
Based on my training and experience as a certified teacher of Fitzmaurice Voicework ®, I will work with you to move stuck energy through your body. This can be helpful as you prepare for a medicine journey, during the journey itself, and/or as part of your processing and integration after a journey.
Integration Massage
$100 per 1 hour session or
$145 per 90 minute session
Must live in the Portland, Oregon area for this offering. I bring my massage table to your house, meeting you in your comfortable environment.
As a licensed massage therapist (OR #22685) who also has experience doing my own journey work, I know how meaningful bodywork can be as part of the post-journey process. I ask that you dress in the same or similar clothing you wore for your journey - something as comfortable as pajamas - and if you like, we can play music from the playlist you listened to during your journey. This is similar to a relaxation massage, but focused on revisiting or processing any material from your journey that feels most alive, important, or incomplete.
