Two days ago in the Oval Office, trump co-hosted a press conference with elon and his 5-year-old son.

I wish I were making this up.

The press conference was apparently so that elon, dressed in a maga baseball cap and sports coat over a T-shirt and (I guess) peddling the image of himself as a wholesome father while his son picked his nose beside him, could tell us how government agencies like USAID and Social Security are stealing money from us and need to be cut.

He also said that if we let government bureaucracies make decisions, we no longer live in a democracy. NEWS FLASH, elon! You’re the richest man in the world; you spent more than a quarter of a BILLION dollars to influence the election, NO ONE VOTED FOR YOU, and now you’re somehow the president’s right-hand man, running a fake government agency that is apparently in charge of major financial decisions?! THANKS FOR WARNING US ABOUT THE BREAKDOWN OF DEMOCRACY! Now maybe get your fake agency and your bloated billions OUT OF OUR GOVERNMENT and stop trying to steal EVEN MORE MONEY from us!!
